- An in person meet, including viewing some of my live development sites, followed by lunch. You will then have the opportunity to present your deal to the rest of the group, where you will be honoured with an award if you have successfully completed in the Intensive
Week One - Finding Deals
Week One of the Deal Sourcing Intensive will consist of a key fundamental, finding the deals! A live demonstration will be carried out on our Monday evening zoom call.
As a deal sourcer in the UK, your primary role is to identify and present lucrative investment opportunities to potential investors. This often involves sourcing off-market deals, conducting thorough research and facilitating negotiations. Deal sourcers provide significant value by leveraging their market expertise and network to uncover opportunities that are not readily available through traditional channels.
Maintaining transparency, performing rigorous due diligence and respecting confidentiality agreements are essential when working with investors, alongside delivering clear and accurate information.
Week Two - Breaking Down A Deal
Week Two will consist of breaking down all aspects of a deal live on our Monday evening zoom, this is a full explanation of how to break down a deal and figure out whether it works for an investor.
As a deal sourcer, it’s crucial to thoroughly analyse each deal to ensure it delivers genuine value and meets the investors criteria. This process includes evaluating critical factors such as the purchase price, projected returns, associated costs and current market conditions. A successful deal should clearly meet investor requirements.
Week Three - The Dos & Don'ts When Viewing A Property
In Week Three, we dive into a detailed breakdown, including a live case study during our Monday evening Zoom session. We’ll discuss the dos and don’ts of viewing a potential deal. While many deal sourcers believe that simply viewing a property is sufficient, this session will teach you how to go deeper, thoroughly analysing every aspect of the viewing process to make informed decisions.
Week Four - Communication
Week Four brings a very important topic, on our Monday evening Zoom, we will focus on the critical role of communication in your success as a deal sourcer. Effective communication is the backbone of building trust and maintaining strong relationships with investors, sellers, and other key stakeholders. This session will cover how to present opportunities clearly and confidently, manage expectations, and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism. You’ll also learn the art of active listening and tailoring your messaging to different audiences, ensuring you establish credibility and foster long-term partnerships in the property industry.
Week Five - Securing A Deal Successfully
Week 5 of the Deal Sourcing Intensive is all about mastering the art of securing deals for investors. During the Monday evening Zoom call, you will get a step-by-step guide through the process of successfully negotiating the purchase price right through to closing the deal. You’ll learn proven strategies to ensure your offers are attractive, well-structured and delivered with confidence. This session is designed to give you the skills and knowledge needed to secure profitable opportunities and build trust with your contacts such as estate agents, setting you up for long term success in deal sourcing.
Week Six - How To Sell A Deal Branding & Marketing
Week 6 of the Deal Sourcing Intensive is dedicated to teaching you how to effectively sell a deal and becoming your own brand. In this session, you’ll learn the key steps to packaging your deal and highlighting its value and potential returns. We’ll cover techniques for creating compelling deal summaries, understanding your audience’s needs and communicating confidently to close the deal. By the end of this session, you’ll have the tools and knowledge to sell deals successfully, ensuring you are seen as a trusted and professional source for fantastic opportunities.

In Person Session
To bring the 6 Week Intensive to a close, you will receive an exclusive in person meet with Ste and the rest of your group, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to tour some of his live development sites, giving you invaluable hands on experience. After the site visits, you’ll enjoy a networking lunch, followed by an exciting session where you’ll present your own deal to the group. If you’ve successfully completed the Intensive, you’ll be celebrated and awarded for your hard work and achievement, marking a milestone in your journey towards becoming a successful deal sourcer.
