Terms & Conditions
We have created strict terms and conditions for anyone who becomes a member of our network, this is to protect both you and other members. On purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:
Discrimination
We have a zero tolerance policy on any discriminative behaviour within our network, this includes when attending in person events and also when using our network platform and social media.
Abusive Behaviour
We have a zero tolerance policy on any abusive behaviour within our network, this includes when attending in person events and also when using our network platform and social media.
Termination of Membership and Group Removal for Harassment or Bullying
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. To ensure the well-being of our community, the following behavior policy applies:
1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Bullying
Harassment or bullying of any kind, including but not limited to physical, verbal, written, or digital forms, will not be tolerated. This includes any behavior that intimidates, threatens, degrades, or demeans another person.
2. Definition of Harassment and Bullying
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, unwanted and inappropriate attention, threatening language, stalking, or any other behavior that makes another person feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Bullying includes, but is not limited to, repeated aggressive behavior, whether intentional or unintentional, that causes harm to another person physically, emotionally, or psychologically.
3. Reporting Incidents
Members who experience or witness harassment or bullying are encouraged to report the incident immediately to our support team at support@stehamilton.com
All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
4. Consequences of Violations
Members found to be engaging in harassment or bullying will face immediate consequences, which may include but are not limited to:
Immediate removal from group activities, forums, or platforms.
Termination of membership without refund.
A permanent ban from future membership or participation in our community.
5. Investigation Process
Upon receiving a report of harassment or bullying, our team will conduct a thorough investigation, which may include reviewing communications and obtaining statements from involved parties.
Members are expected to cooperate fully with any investigation. Failure to cooperate may result in immediate termination of membership.
6. Unacceptable behaviour towards our staff or other customers/members will not be tolerated. This includes abusive, threatening, harassing, and discriminatory actions. Customers who engage in such behaviour will be immediately removed from our programs without a refund, including for any unused courses or memberships.
By participating in our community, you agree to uphold these standards of behaviour and understand the consequences of any violations. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all members and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining these standards.
Defamation and Slander
Users and members are prohibited from posting any content that is defamatory or slanderous. Defamation includes any false statement presented as fact that injures the reputation of Ste Hamilton or entity.
Any user found to be engaging in defamation or slander may have their content removed and their account suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to take legal action against users who violate this policy.
Deal Selling
We do not allow deal selling within our network, unless it is done via our Deal Sourcing Division, where the deals are checked prior to being sent out to our bespoke investors. This is to protect other members from purchasing unsuitable deals.
Charity/Fundraising
We do not allow any requests for donations or charity fundraising within the group. If you would like to promote a charitable cause in the group, please contact a member of the management team to discuss beforehand.
Should you break any of the above terms/rules, you may be removed from the group without prior warning and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Events
All ticketed events are non refundable. We have large waitlists for all of our events and limited numbers at the venues we host them at, therefore cannot offer a refund or ticket swap on any events.
